- Water
Supply
The existing water supply network is of potable
grade to WHO standards. Water of industrial grade
is not supplied. The tariff for industrial use is
as follows:

- Natural
Gas
Natural Gas requirements under 3 million standard
cubic feet are supplied by Gas Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
In excess of this volume, gas is supplied by Petronas
Gas Bhd., the monopoly supplier of natural gas in
Malaysia.
The
scope for gas supply by Gas Malaysia includes
the provision of a feeder pipeline and metering.
The
tariff for gas comprises two components, a fixed
charge per month and a commodity charge, inclusive
of an indexation mechanism tied to foreign currency
rates and the posted Singapore price for medium
fuel oil applied on a monthly basis.
For
budgetary purposes the following rates could be
used:
